Is your track set to spec?
Too loose and yer gonna shave some aluminum.
Possibly get a leak then you go squeek!
I would tighten the track up a bit. Did you measure the studs before you put them in?
I just got finished cuttin 96 studs on my wifes vmax b/c they were too long.
just my 2 cents,

How much have you ran it with the new track? Did you install protectors?
I had to tighten my track several times last year after replacing my stocker.
1" track with 144 woodys 1.18" studs.
I was hitting exchangers also. Just kept tightning track a little at a time, run it a little, tighten a little.
Is there much "hang" when the rear end is off the ground?

it seams to be just skimming the fins of the exchanger
