I have a 2000 500 SXR that is stock with the needles 1/2 clip lower (leaner) and one main jet size leaner. We run it at 1200 feet elevation. The low end on this thing babbles like it is running rich. My wife rides this sled so it is driven at the lower speed more that than the average rider. The sled also gets 10 mpg which is dissapointing (my 700sx get 16 mpg trail cruising). Is there an adjustment that I should make that I have not done ? Thanks in advance.

Posted once and it didn't show. Where are your fuel screws set and what pilots. You won't see much better milage on a twin than 11 maybe 12. But the pilots and fuel screws would be a place to start. Maxdlx
