Well, I had my suspension out today and i noticed that one of studs looked crooked but when I looked closer I could see that the track had ripped there. I have woody studs and on the outside edge of the track, I have some studs that are in pairs with an aluminum plate connecting the two, that is where it ripped. The rip is about and inch in from the edge. I removed the studs. I was wondering if I could still run the track as is or would I cut the piece out, or is the track ruined? If you can cut a piece out, how do i cut it? I'm realling hoping to be able to run the track cause as a university student the funds are quite low, haha, thanks a lot guys

It is real hard to say with out seeing it how deep is the rip ? can you see the cords or are the cords cut . If its just the rubber ripped of I would think you can finish the season with it .

I can't get the pics to work, it says my picture is too big and says it has to be smaller than 640 X 480, I made it smaller and it still won't work. Here is a link to the picture though http://holysheet.8m.com/track.jpg

I would say you can at least finish the season with that ,It might even be repairable . Some one had a podt on here awhile back on where you can get them fixed .Start a post on track repair and some one will remember .

Now that one is finished I don't think they can repair that.

yeah, I think that one is a bit worse than mine. I have been driving mine as is for about 100 km so far, and no difference. The track is like brand new, its still very strong, so I'm hoping to get the rest of the seaon out of it. I emailed that company to see about a repair and the estimate was 175, so that just doesn't make sense on a used track. Thanks again for the advice guys
