1. I forget now, but when your sled bogs off the line (very slightly) and then idles high after that, but when you blip the choke it imediately goes back to normal rpm,it's running lean in the mains right???

2. I need a new track somethin fierce. Should I go to the 136" w/ 1.25" or should I go for the 1.5 with the smaller drivers?

3. which reminds me of a 3rd question. What do you think of a Camoplast Ice ripper series 136" w/1.25" w/ 120 studs up the middle??? they say that track = 120 real studs (actual 256 of those little deals) so if I added 95-120...Do you think that way is more cost effective and should hook up pretty impressively.

Note: I trail ride, ditch bang, jump and drift bang...what ever will work for that style. I got triples FYI. Thanks for any replies.

its lean in the pilot circuit or the air screws need adjusting. as far as a track, if you dont run studs, go for the 1.5" with stock drivers. and btw ripsaw style tracks arent good off trail.

its lean on the pilot circuit. Yamaha mikuni's dont have air screws, they are fuel screws. Try opening them up 1/2 turn and see where that puts ya. ;)!

ill have to take your word about the screws, i havent touched my carbs yet! :o|

yep, that's it. Thanks yall. What about the Ice series? ha ve you hear anything? Rep. at the Novi Snow show said the as those little studs wear the sharpen and if they do come out you can replace it. They, supoosedly, have a tester w/ 10K on it and not a single tear.

if you are just looking for the added safety of having studs for braking and not sliding out in the corners i would say those tracks would work well. However they are not intended for aggressive holeshots, etc. They aren't studded for performance, but more for safety.

Precisley, but what if you add 96-120 real studs up the middle? Would'nt that provide almost the ideal/versitle traction?

136"x1.25 w/252 small studs w/96 regs. = 206 reg. studs but half the weight

based on reps. claim that the 252 little studs = approx. 120 reg. studs, but almost 6-8 lbs. less. edited, wrong weight.

i think if you did that, mixing in regular studs with the shorties, you would have problems with only one set of them actually touching the ice, the other set wouldn't penetrate because i think it would be very difficult to get studs that will protrude exactly the same amount as the preinstalled ones. Just my .02
