Urgent going to houghton tommorow: primary cover bushing binding on the shaft.

Whats the fix to this? I just put a new bushing in the cover. now, its so tight it isnt letting the clutch shift out. Thats why i have the bog and its not engaging till 6000 RPM's as stated in an earlier post.

Bushing's too tight. It may have gotten burred while pressing it in. Pull the cover and look at the edges and see if you can find a high spot. May need to be reamed some to get it to fit right.
