alright guys i got a 02 viper with simons cpr pipes, 144 studs, orange primary spring, green secondary spring, 40/41 helix, my buddy has an 03 f7 efi he has DandD clutch kit, studs and DandD's power authority controller. ive been beatin up on him pretty good by about 2 sled lengths, he just started follin with that power authority controller and he gettin me by about a sled lenght now!!!!!!!! what else can i do to get mine to really romp him besides a big bore kit i was thinkin reeds and maybe shaving the head any ideas i really want to beat him bad he runs his mouth alot!!!

Sounds like you put in a prepackaged clutch kit, ya? I would fine tune your clutching to hit your target rpm consistently through your run, then look at traction.
144 studs aren't enough if you're putting down that much power, and what kind of conditions are you running in? Snow, ice? I'm pretty sure you don't have a 40/41 helix...double check what you've got, eh! Also, how many miles on your clutches? More than 4000 or so, and you could have some worn parts in there binding up the works.
There are so many ways to go a little bit faster!
