I was greasing up my sled and noticed that one is froze,rusted or something because its not taking any grease,I assume that there is a ball of some sort in there,so i stuck a pin in there and still have the same results.Any suggestions?????

I think it will depend on what zerk you're talking about. If it's the one by the ski or on the transfer rod, you can order a new one. Part Number is 3700-06004-00. I just ordered one because the one on the transfer rod is missing. Not sure how the heck that happened.
If it's one of the other ones on the steering or in the suspension, I'm not sure what you could do.

if you can remove it .do that and clean it out its probally plugged with junk.or just replace it will a new one.i install caps on mine to keep stuff out of them.

Brake cailper/wheel cylinder bleeder screw caps work will to keep the crap out.

Its the one on the top of the w-arm.Which I found out is welded in.So I'm pretty much out of luck.

Try running WD-40 or any good penetrating oil into it. Then try to work some grease in, then WD, then grease, then WD, over and over. I have gotten some to work like that, others didn't, but still worth a try.
