hey guys any suggestions on what helix to run in a 98 srx 700 i'm running a heel clicker kit in my primary 3.3g in the tip 3.3g in the base and 4.6g in the shoulder with the red primary spring. I have a stock track with 192 1" studs only other mod is a cold air kit made myself and jetted down one size on pilots and 1 size on mains. heel clicker recomends a 50/40 but don't know much about helixes so any advice would be great thanks

50/40 works very well, I would move your center weight out to the tip, the machine will have better response and you will have very respectable top end then. leave the middle hole empty, run 6 grams or so out in the tip.

48/40 advant-edge with a green secondary spring or a 51/37 Dalton works killer in a SRX with HC,s.

TURK does it have to come from those companies or will a helix with the same angle combo from another company work the same if i'm not mistaken the numbering is just a represetaion of the angles in the helix shouldn't matter who makes it if the angle numbers are the same right?

The advant-edge helix,s & dalton helix,s work way different in the way they perform when you use similar angles. I just happen to have tested these 2 helix,s & found some good set ups with them.

either one the better of the 2 i know i can get the dalton off the net but never heard of the advant edge company you have any contact info for them web sit or what not ?

hey just picked up the 48/40 helix from advant edge for my achine just wondering if anyone has any more tips for setting up my heel clicker like what to run in the shoulder with this setup i know turk and mrviper said to move the weight to the tip like 5 or 6 grams but just wondering what i should run in the shoulder to make this setup really rock thanks in advance for the advice

I believe you would want to load up the shoulder until it starts to get boggy and lose response. Then take away JUST enough weight until it clears up. Many people have needed to use 5 grams or so to get a good bottom end jump.
