my sx 700 i just got it 1 week ago i think its just the card gumed up i tinny bit. at idle its fine but when you floor it from a dead stop it bogs down then it takes off just fine its getting better and better each time i ride it. is that just from sitting for a full year.

The non power valved motors are known to have a lean bog condition when you pin it off the line. To fix this you have to adjust your fuel screws at the bottom of the carbs (have to take off carb rack). What you want to do is turn the fuel screws out until the bog goes away. Start with 2 turns out and go from there. The further out you turn them, the richer the bottom end circuit in the carbs.
