Hey guys stock 98 SRX what rpm should i clutch her at for the most for 0- top speed? Is it geared down one on top. Going to buy some H.H. what base weight do i need?

Thank you Skydog :yrules:

I would suggest a Hauck stage 3 clutch kit. I have them in 2 srx sleds. 1999 & 2000.
Very simple and pretty un-beatable, plus being simple. Just from my experience.
117 mph, radar. Hope this helps.

Clutch it for 8200 or so out of the hole, pulling up to 8400-8500 on top end. Heavy hitter base weight of around 48 grams works well.

I've got the 48 gram HH base weight, and as of right now I have them loaded to 62.7 grams and I still can't keep my rpms below 8500. Gonna try throwing my last .4 gram washers in the weights, and if that doesn't get my rpms down to 8400, I don't know what I should try next. Running a 54/46 Dalton helix and Maxx Perf purple primary spring, green secondary at 70.
