Just noticed the latest Trivia questions on the 4 stroke form and wanted to add a link for a picture of a TL433. That quiz is now closed so I thought I would post it here.
Go to http://www.schradermotors.com/used.html and scroll to the bottom. The machine is in the showroom at Schrader's in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

Hi Snagglepuss I mean tooth ,,,showing my age.
...When mine was new , the dealer had to braze the seam
of the reservoir ...fine ever after ,,,will loose a little from
over flow hose (suggest adding a baby bottle to catch it).
I have probably lost less than an ounce in the last 30 years
and 4500 miles.......water / condensation will make it boil
some out .....sucking air will make it "cough it's cookies"
as not bleeding it properly will entrap air in the oil....
fix the leak first and contact me if you need a fax about
how to remove the air...
I,ve posted my "good" machines here..

if the link works

Ron,
I was recently given a '74 TL433f from my dad. It is the very first sled I ever rode by myslef. He bought it new and has owned it the entire time. I plan to restore it in the next year or two. I was wondering if I might be able to contact you from time to time as my technical expert and possibly source for finding parts.
If you wouldn't mind me doing that I can PM you with my phone number and what not.
The sled still runs but the drive belt to the hydraulic pump broke so it is sitting waiting for me to start the rebuilding process.
Also, a guy just gave my dad a running '72 GPX 433 free air and I am wondering if he might be able to contact you as well when he starts his rebuild?
Thanks,
Mills

Hi Mills...I carried that shift rod 4500 mile that trip hoping to
get ahold of you , and Monty was looking for you as well
in Jul06.....I have parts and books but seldom(never yet) had
to take apart a unit.....I want a pic sometime , as you said yours
had a rear tank ?? A GPX should be a 74 or 75 ??? Monty or
almost everybody else on vitage page will have more info
and knowledge than me about them....
GPX should be sliders, alm tunnel ,,,and front mounted
engine , down lowww..A 72 SR would be nice , but unlikely...

Ron,
Yeah that was a typo, the GPX is a '74 I guess I fat-fingered the date.
The TL that I have is a front tank chassis with oil injection. It is next on my list of stuff to do after I get my SX and Exciter sleds put back togehter. They were both in need of some TLC and new bearings.
I'll try to get you a picture as soon as I can.
