I got this sled from a flatlander and now I am running it at 9000-12000 ft (Grand Lake, CO).

I need to go through the primary and secondary.

I would like to rebuild these as needed and clutch for altitude. I need some assistance on where to buy a rebuild kit and what parts I need for setting it up for my altitude.

I am new to clutching, but not new to a wrench.

Thanks all for your help.

Just check the weight & roller bushings for side to side play & it might not hurt to spend $20 on a new primary spring. Jetting is OK cus you have the smart carbs that will adjust for you. For clutching at that elevation run g-p-g primary spring, stock weights with a .8 gram aluminum inner rivet & tip empty. Secondary is all stock. Your dealer should have all the parts you need. Those weight rivets should b about $5 for 3. You might want to check the gearing. Stock is 21/39. 19ish 39 will work a lot better & you can use the same chain. That gear should be under $30.Sled likes to run at 7800 rpm at wide open throttle.

Re-read my post! Check bushings & replace primary spring!!!!!!!!!

give them a good cleaning and shove......yamaha clutches if kept clean last forever.....i just replaced my primary sheeve bushing and cap bushing at 8,500 miles on a 02 viper.......and they werent junk yet either....you have plenty of miles left before any parts should be needed.....if it was kept clean....

Pay close attention to the roller bushing's, (take the roller's out and look for oval-ed out bushings). Those 600 twins eat roller bushing's like there's no tomorrow, even with low miles. Been there done that. If you find an oval-ed bushing, I would change the roller's and weight's. When the bushing goes, it causes the roller to slide on the weight, and wears a flat spot in it.

Triples are EASY on clutches. Twins EAT clutches. My 600 XTC, same motor as your's, needs serious attention every 1500-2000 miles. Plan on rollers and maybe even weights. I was slow to notice the degradation on mine the 1st time and it cost me LOTS more money!! Take Turk's advice and RUN with it. He IS the clutch guru here, and will help if you give him the info about your machine. Best of luck with your sled.
