I just sold my srx 600 after blowing the motor and bought another srx 600. The one I blew had the same jets all the way across. From what i recall the mag side should be one size richer? I found out after I blew it the crank was bad and most likely a crank seal caused it. the pto and center cylinder piston wash was perfect. The mag side (melted piston) had a wash on the head that was very light yellow, almost clean. Does one jet size make this much difference or is it something else. I dont want to make the same mistake with my new sled.

If you are going to have one with a larger jet I think it should be the pto side as you get extra heat from the clutch .

The 700 triple show #1 as 1/2 size smaller than the other two but I don't know which side is #1 I couldn't find that in the book either .

The Mag side is 1 jet size larger than the pto and center.

On my 01 srx 700 the bigger jet is on the pto side.150,148.8,148.8
I think they do this because the coolant flows from right to left,so the first two cylinders cool better than the far one.

I think they do it because there is more heat generated by the clutch and that cylinder gets hotter .BUT I am not sure .
