How does the steering rod end attach to the relay arm? I have the nut off it and it is still in there and wont budge. It is threaded thru the relay arm? Advise on how to get it off would be appreciated.

no they just sit in there but are a bugger to get out.small pickel fork or get a bar on one side and pr down wile smashing the bejesas out of it.

thanks for the quick reply. Those things are REALLY on there for just sitting in there. I didnt want to hammer the crap out of it if it was threaded.

yes i know it gets scary to stick a torch i there but a brazeing tip would work.or soak it with wd 40.

I got it pretty easy actually once i knew it wasnt threaded. I put a screwdriver on the end and hammered the crap out of it. 5 or 6 solid WHACKS and it popped right out.
