I am a true idiot I was getting my 99 srx 700 ready for the season and cleaned my power valves and didn't pay attention how they came out I'm petty sure I know how they go back in but I don't want to F.U anything P.S. I still have a 98 srx w/1000 price motor for sale

the power valves go back in with the short side of the bevel going down towards the crank. Also, if you look at the aluminum block that bolts on the cylinder, you will notice out by the part where it splits and 2 bolts hold it in, that there is a tiny hole in them, this faces down, its a weep hole for oil. I remind you of this as they will bolt up either way and if you run them upside down and the o-rings leak some it pollutes the black oil residue all over the topend of engine.
