First time ever to this site. Thought i'd try it out. But i have troubles with my 89' Exciter 570EN. It starts fine. With one pull no matter what. Runs great. but just when i get to deeper snow. It will bog way down. Don't know why it does it. People say it might be the belt. Maybe the clutch? Maybe the carbs need to get a good cleaning. I have no idea. Can someone on here help me out please????
No backshift. Check clutch components in the primary & secondary.

Yup, sounds like worn weights and/or rollers. Mine did the same thing....

Joined the right sight to find out what is going on Turk is very very slick on cluthing knows alot about any year any sled i 2 cents is follow his recomendations he won't syeer you wrong and btw welcome to the sight
