Pro-Action tuning video download.

I really don't think we want anything like this associated to this site. We all know you can't make copies of the latest DVD and open a store and give it away. This is no different. Sure you could use bittorrent or just throw it on a FTP site.. but it is illegal. If someone wants to do this I think it would be better discussed through PM's rather than posting it. I don't disagree that it should be included with the sled...but it wasn't. Simple as that.

It's like buying a new VCR then having to purchase a owner manual separate. Eventually you may figure it out. Or you may not and will not be able to take full advantages of it's features. Which in turn may make you try a different brand next time. How much does the video cost from a dealer.

You know, most of the usefull info is in the book that comes with the video. If I remember correctly, the video just goes over the names of the parts.

2001 Proaction System suspension tuning manual
Part # LIT-PROAC-TN-01 $35 at Ronnies.com although I'd call your dealer, it might be cheaper, or maybe one of the dealers on here can make a deal.

This is where I got my number. It says in the post it was $20 CANADIAN and thats closer to what I remember paying, mine came with the video. Shop around.

The video is actually useless without the book. All the important info is in the book. The video just makes understanding the book easier. Maxdlx

ps if I can find my video I can mail it to anyone who wants to watch it, no biggy. I just don't think what you need is in the video.

Was just to the local dealer here. Talked to the service manager about some issues and then asked about the video. They sell it for $40... tried to talk him into letting me borrow the demo disc.... not happenin!!

Someone buy the manual off ebay, then copy and fax it to all of us!! That IS legal.

Ok, I just figured out why it's cheaper in Canada.
Inside cover says:
2001
Proaction System(TM) suspension tuniong manual
Copyright 2000 by Yamaha Motor Canada Ltd.
October 2000

Must be printed here, kinda like all the plastic skis and such are made here.

Sorry to get off topic but are the plastic skis cheaper in Canada?

Deep Keel saddleless-$90 US in the book, $116 CAN from my dealer
8DM Handles-$23 US for colours, $35 CAN

Not cheaper, but not the butt reaming I was expecting. Made in Canada on every box(4).

If I remember, I'll call the dealer tomorrow and price the suspension manual, I can't remember exactely what I paid (2yrs ago)

I bought a yamaha snowmobile jacket from the same guy selling the book on ebay. I know it's in appropriate to flame, so all I'll say is I paid for it Oct 13th and still don't have it. He won't provide me with the tracking numbers and no longer returns my emails. I'm out $174.90. Check his recent feedback and judge for yourself.

I was too patient for too long, PayPal allows 45 days after and ebay allows 60. I still filed a complaint with ebay and I'm currently waiting for ebays response. I'm not giving up............I really wanted the jacket, now I will have to ride my SRX with the old SKI-POO jacket I have.
