OK, i have tried every possible suspension combo i can think of and can not get the loose backend to go away in normal trail conditions. I have c&a skis and 1.25 track on a 02 viper. my wifes 04 viper with the simmons skis and 1.25 ripsaw is straight and flat even with out the simmons skis in the same 2 inch mush snow. my friends 02 sxr same skis and track as me is straight and flat and he never touched the suspension. right now it rides good could use more ski pressure but that just seem to make it more loose. If i tighten the front skid shock preload a little will that help? zero preload now. straps are set so track is parrallel to the ground. control rods have equal gap. some one must know something.
try not going so far on the straps...let them out a little maybe when you sit on the sled and it links the front is pulling up to soon causing to move around on ya.
