Is it possible to swap complete top ends on these machines. I mean, take my Exciter bottom end, and throw on the 600 jugs, pistons, and heads, as well as the reed cages, and run it like that?
They are the same bottom end right?
Same rods, in theory it should work... why waste money into an older design, if I decide to rebuild my top end, and if the price is right, i am further ahead to get a reed inducted 600, and run that...?
Wasn't it "800" that posted he had a 1993 exciter SX 600 twin...?
Thanks!
