Just went to the Yamaha show in Dearborn, MI and I have to say that I really liked what I saw. My question is did anybody notice that the suspension didn't have any (zerk) grease fittings? I read that they are using needle bearing for pivot point on the skid, but there is no way that they don't need to be lubed. Even if they are sealed bearings we all know that water, dirt, and other contaminations will find it way inside to foul-up the pivot points. Anybody else think that this will be a problem?

I was at the Grand Rapids show last nite. Yes the suspensions have grease zerts and yes they are just like 87 - 93 Exciter suspensions with grease fittings. Coil over springs are easy to adjust and will outlast a coil spring over the shock. Funny that there trick suspension is only avaliable in the One ton but then there is the adjustable one also. What I saw was fit and finish at its best. No rear coolers, ZERO storage, back to soft seats and a back door to those with real suspensions. Sleds look like fun to ride and the wider runingboards will make them that much more comfortable. There either love it or hate it. I like what I saw. What is up with the ORANGE ? They have hats and one picture shows a orange leather ? Is that a glimpse at the Snowcross colors of 06 ? Looks like we have a new style that was not ready for the public yet. Anyone ready for an orange rocket to come out of Y ? Time will tell. :D

I noticed the same thing on the new RX-1 suspension. I hope it works as well as the intial reports. There were 8 zerks I believe on the torsion spring suspension.
