how do i use my Uni-sync synchronizer?

Can someone give me instructions on hwo to use my uni-sync i bought form ebay please.

Its easy! Turn the wheel out most of the way to allow air to the carb. Fire the motor up, hold the uni-sync on the the carb tightly so it seals to the carb. While holding it on, starting the wheel in untill the float is in the middle of the tube. Then without moving the wheel position, hold it on to the other carbs. The higher the float, the more air is traveling in (throttle is open more)
They are rpm sensitive, so when you hold on the carb and the idle speed changes (due to fuel mixture change that can accure) be sure and allow the engine rpms to stabilize when checking each carb.
