Did the reed spacer notch. Put everything back together and wont start on the key. Gave a couple of tugs and off she went. Tach is fluttering when you rev it you know like the way it cycles when you start it. Lights are pulsating. I probably have something unplugged can someone point me in the right direction. The sled was ok last weekend could the battery be dead?

I'm an idiot my battery is dead well only about 8 volts.
