v max carbs on a old phazer

I picked up a set of 94 v max 600 flatslides. I thought my old throttle and choke cables would work , but they don't anyone know what cables I need to hook the throttle, choke, and maybe the oil pump up to work.

im thinking about changing the carbs on my phazer to, do the v-max carbs work?

I've heard that the cables off a 93 exciter sx will work, but I've never tried it. I used a cat throttle cable and ditched the oil injection and mixed fuel.

The stock choke cable will work, but requires some different barrels and such to make it work. We have a local guy that has lots of carb parts in the shop. After an hour or so of the two of us digging through them we had it rigged up and it worked like a champ. I have no clue what the parts were off of though, we just started trying stuff till we found one that worked and then dug around till we found a match.

vmax carbs

I put twin Vmax carbs on Phazer intake onA 78 Exciter 440. I used the vmax cables. Awesome pick up and throttle response.
