Black SRX

Here are some progress pictures of my sons 2001 SRX mostly done in Black and polished aluminum. I can tell you that this is a pretty painstaking job to undertake , but quite do-able. Lots of work is involved in changing the belly pan, and hours of work stripping paint and polishing aluminum. He still is unsure on what to do for stickers if any. Thanks to all the TY folks for good advise and good parts. I think he has done a great job and has worked hard on the details. ;)!

i think it looks friggin sweet!!! maybe some of those pro-colored idler wheels in black and black shock springs (ohlins too!!!)
 
That sled look's awsome. All it needs some simple decals not to flashy!! ;)!
Great looking sled.

Been Done

I have a 98 SRX 600 Done in Black and polished I used the 2000 or 2001 stickers and they look awesome.

pronounced ma ri a' not like the girls name.a friend of mine had a black pro-mod 1991 blown vette drag car named the black maria,world record holder for quite a few yrs.one badazz drag car,you may have heard of him Fred Hahn he used to race for summit racing but has retired.
 
I do get stuck with 79SRX. Now I need to see which one is quicker :yam:
