I was out for a ride tonight and on a couple occaisions the orange warning light would flash along with the gas pump symbol, and the gauge would show empty, eventhough i had a full tank. I was thinking it may be the wire harness rub thru I've read on numerous other post.
Couple quick other ?s what's the proper track sag and whats the correct plug gap I lost my owners manual. One last question my sons cat runs br9eya
would it be ok to run these in my viper, just thought it would be convenient to have the same plugs in both. Thanks

Don't know about the light flash, but my guesss is bad sensor in the tank, or wire to it. track sag that I ran on stock drives was 1 inch free hang, it it ratchets turn the tighteners 1 turn till it stops. Plug gap is .29 to .31, and yes you can run th eya plugs. Maxdlx

fuel gauge
i just had an issue last week on my 02 viper near the same as yours, just behind the airbox you will find the fuel gauge sender, check the wires going to it carefully, mine had both wires cut by the cable tie. the wires are in a sheath so its a little hard to tell. just a little solder job and thats it polaris
