I've removed the skid on my old Phazer and that was a great wrestling match getting it in and out.

The MM platform looks even more daunting, but my axle grease nipple won't take any grease and the dang thing is welded in so I guess i'm taking the whole skid out unless somebody has a better idea.... i love to hear it.

the last thing id do is take the skid out just to grease it its not wroth it. wait till u have a real problem or unless u plan on replaceing all teh bushings too. i just came in from wreseling with my 121 skid for 3 hrs puttin it in by my self. takeing it out is teh easy part just lossen ur rear wheels up all the way with the adjusters and lossen teh bolt and u should be able to pull it out wheels first as long as u have the rear end hung or proped up high enough. i rtyed this tonight to get it in easyer was to take the wheel of the nut side and put it back on after i got teh skid all is worked ok. also after u get it out lossen ur transfer rod bolts on the bottom up as far as u can fo they can slide farther open so its easyer to line up the bolt holes if not ull be pushing and pulling and u wont get any ware. also put teh shafts in from the front midle rear order its the easyest i think. a tie down straped to a beam in teh ceeling is nice if u dont ahve a sled hoist for holding it up if u dont ahve eitehr use two 4-5 foot pole and stick them in ur tunnel tahst what i had to do tonight just becareful they dont fall on you
