Plugs

Never used anything other than the stock BR9ES's, I prefur the solid cap versions as opposed to the screw on type.

Why change what works. ;)!

the sled calls for solid cap br9es, they are cheap (inexpensive) and do the job.

personally after running an srx and knowing the viper is basicly the same motor but has different cylinder volumes (squish). with the viper actually having one tighter chamber than an srx. i decided with my running of pipes to run the br9ecs plug that the srxs run. it is cheap insurance as far as i am concerned. along with the plugs, i am running aftermarket heads and gaskets, tunnel roof heat exchager (not the srx style inthe rear of the tunnel) and water wetter. tyring to make the package more reliable.

now i know there will be the guys saying the ecs plugs are 6-8.00 each, i'm not gonna do that.... well, if and when the sled does burn up and the plugs were a portion of the problem, how much did you actually save?? ski
