Hi guys !.
I`m helping a friend out with his V-Max 4, we just replaced all the bearings and most of the running wheels in the boogie.
Today we replaced the slides and we thought that it was ready to be put back on the sled.
However, when the boggie is resting on the floor, it seems kind of "crooked". Like, you can flip it down in the right corner and the left rear corner moves up.
We tried to loosen all the bolts and then retighten them while I stood on the whole boogie so that it looked even, but when I stepped off it became just as uneven as in the beginning.
Is there something wrong with this boggie ?. Or will everything be forced into position once the sled puts it weight on it?.
We figured the best thing to do was to loosen all the screws, mount it on the sled and then tighten the screws.
We still havent mounted it on the sled because we still had one drivewheel left to install on the shaft.
Would appreciate any opinions or adivice.

To me, it looks like the far rail(closest to your buddy) is bent in the middle. Put a straight edge against them both to compare.
Thanks for the reply crewchief47!.
I`m afraid that it`s the picture that makes it look like it`s bent.
When you guys put your boggie down on the flor, does it rest 100% steady on all the running wheels or can it be flipped a little from side to side?.

is the floor flat and level?
Yeah the floor is flat.. we have tried other floors too and there was no differnce.. .
Hmm we`re in doubt what to do... wether we should just mount it and hope for the best (the hope, love and luck method) or if we should wait and do some more detective work?.

Just a wild guess here, did you measure all the idler wheels and make sure they were the same diameter? You didn't by any chance mix a couple up? My knee jerk reaction is if you think something isn't correct go with your gut and take the time to figure it out. No point in putting the thing in if your going to have to pull it.
