Just thought I would post on the subject HC-X secondary. I know some people have had trouble getting them to work right. The sled is a viper with srx pipes so i'm assuming that this setup would work well on srx's. Now I'm telling you this thing feels like it's got an extra ten horses under the hood so I had to post. Get your jetting close before you start.
Primary spring is a dalton black/green no shims
14.5 rollers
8CA's 2.4 rivit center, 4.5 rivit outer
secondary spring yami silver @ 50-60
HC-X 42-34 helix
stock 8dn belt, 21-38 gears
1.5 lug track
This set-up has a slight over rev to start, then it's sooooo flat!
Scarry fast acceleration, and up top it's like the energizer bunny!!
You might want to run a 3.6 outer rivit with srx gearing.
clutches are barely warm.
