problems with 04 viper and bender tripple pipes

Hello all, my cousin has an 04 viper and has just put on bender tripple pipes along with all the stuff they recomended in the kit, problem is when he fires it up as soon as he takes off it fouls 2 plugs. we changed plugs let it warm up and same thing, lots of black smoke and foul 2 more plugs. we then went back down to 55 pilot jets and the fouling stopped but it isnt running very strong, any ideas how to fix this, these pipes and stuff are very expensive as you know. thanks div20.gif
