i recently purchased a set of v force 3's and was going to install them but decided to wait till i got some more info from other users on here. I seen that they came with paper gaskets so i was wondering if it would be better for me to use three bond liquid gasket instead of the paper gaskets. I notice that it also comes with three spacers as well but the instructions say that they r only needed when cutting the boot which looks to me like it isn't required on the srx. If anyone's ever done an install of these reeds could u give some tips on installing them please it be greatly appreciated. thanks

Dunno about the SRX, but the install on a Viper is very straightforward. I just used the supplied gaskets, also put spacers in. I did not cut the boots- certainly wasn't necessary on my install. With the spacers, it does change the positioning of the airbox a little, but not near enough to worry about modifying the box or the boots.

i found when i installed mine , i had to cut off the washer on the bolts that hold on the spark pack , with the spacers the bolts were not long enough to snug down ..this was on a 02 viper ...
