loose a bit of atifreeze each ride just wondering is there a way to presure the sytem to see for any leakes

yea the little thing that says do not open when hot. put you mouth over that when it is cool and listen for a leak. that how i found mine and i forgot to put a screw in. lol

they make a kit for cars to check for leaks. it should fit on the sled too check ur autoparts store see what they have.

Mine did after a rebuild. It most have gotten all the air out because it stopped doing it after a few rides. I also parked sled on trailer and tilted bed and topped it off. I think that helped

Tiltin the trailer was pretty clever. I've always raised the rear end with a strap in the garage and bled the air out the back. I's gonna remember that one.
Dave how much coolant do you lose? If it isn't alot Sandman probably has the rite idea. If it's alot I would think you could see coolant in the snow after a stop or at the very least smell it.

last year i could smell antifreze checked it never found the leek tell i was out riding and found out fast what it was when the secondary cut through the hose that goes to the carbs check there m 2 cents

not loosing much cant see it on the ground any where but whati did notice is i went for ride when i got home same coolant level turned of machine next day coolant level down but no coolant on floor ?
