Are there any aftermarket handlebars that would work on a viper? Looking for more of a Zero degree bar(straight).

I think you should put the pivot riser block by powermadd www.slp.cc/catalog.cfmpageID=detail&catalogID=5&catID=45&productID=532

and the SLP comfort bars

How do the comfort bars work on the Viper? Are they a direct mount? Thanks for the link...

the slp bars arent any straiter than stockers. if you want something straiter, find some off of a polaris pro x.

yeah if you want less pull back the slp bars arnt the best choice, try something like fly sno x bars, they are a good aftermarket bar (10 degree pull back)

Thanks, I'll look into those as well. Yeah, I thought the SLP bars looked like the sotkcers. Any idea if any of the snow-x bars are a direct mount, or do they take some major mods?

well they will probly need a pivot riser and adapter, the ones from fly are kind of expensive, powermadd is probly the way to go. I think that you can go 2 inches higher than stock before you run into cable problems, so that should not be a issue.

I was thinking that I could go higher than the 2" if i go with a straighter bar. The yamaha bars curve upward at least 5" or so, so it depends on how high the new bars would rest compared to the stock ones.

ROX makes the best risers on the market. FLY makes great bars as well and supports a lot of sledders.

Sounds like a ROX 5" riser with 1.125" top bar clamps and FLY snowcross or straight mountain bars would be what you are after.

Have you looked at or ridden a Firecat? I am looking for some Firecat bars after seeing them on Boomers sled and riding my buddies F6. The built in hooks rock.
G.B.
