I am repainting a 99' srx hood and need some type of reference for the paint color. What brand of paint, etc. thanks much

Theres a post on ty home tech. page was doing the same, painting srx trailing arms....ppg code and dupli-color specs....CP

I've got a rattle can of paint out in the garage. I'll check what brand and the code tomorrow.

I've got a bottle of touch up paint at home that I used on my '98 SRX. It worked good! I'll check the brand and color code when I get home.

Here's what I've got...Color Rite Yamaha 5815 564 Deep Purplish Blue Met. Is that what the tech page has, or not?

they have a ppg mix and a reference to dupli-color(honda B-95p) spray can. I went with the B-95 and just had it mixed in a pint. thanks again
