Installing grease fittings in radius rod bolts

I ran across this picture that I had saved of someone offering a kit to replace the existing radius rod bolts with ones that are drilled and had a grease fitting installed as well as having the bushing drilled to allow the grease to expand easier. My question is how much,if any, will this weaken the bolt by having a hole drilled partly through it.I realize that you dont need a very big hole to allow the grease to flow and the hole down the middle isn't very deep but I dont know what grade of bolts the stock ones are.I am also thinking of doing the same mod to the shock mount bolts to save time from taking the skid out to grease these points as well but they are even smaller bolts so I'm not sure if they will stand to have much of a hole in them.Any machinists on here that might be able to answer this? Thanks
