do the reed stoper notch, head gasket mod go down to one layer, get some adjustible transfer rods, and look at the clutch set up pages in the tech pages for a good clutch set up or contact Turk for a set up. thes are all mods that add perfomance with out cuaseing any reliablity isues aslong as ur run 92 oct

This is an easy one ... put about 2 gallons of deisel fuel in your buddies sled ..... you'll kick his ***!!! Other than that, against the Edge chassis with the liberty twin... you are shit out of luck.

Those 600 edges are pretty quick, i raced a stock edge x 600(not the liberty) with my old 700sx w/ reed spacers, head gasket mod, 1" camo track with 144 studs, etc.... and only beat it by about one sled length up to about 80mph. The liberty's are considerably faster than 02' and prior edge x's. sorry but, hands down he will beat you!

I think you are SOL no matter what you do with that sled.
Ive got an '01 600 EDGE X and they are quick little sleds. Stock they are 115 hp and weigh 480 pounds dry.
Unless you have a 700 SRX, I dont think you stand much of a chance.
