i recieved a misboxed brake line from them. i called them on jan 3rd. i was just going to get a different brand and return this one, but the guy on the phone conned me into exchanging it, which i didnt want to do because i wanted to go riding that weekend and was hesitant that it would show up on time. they told me to send it back next day air and as soon as they recieved it, they would send the replacement next day air back to me. i was assured i would have it by the 6th. i still have yet to recieve the brake line, the $17 i spent to send it to them or even a tracking #.
