48/40 advantage helix and a yamaha green spring, heel clicker red primary spring and stock weights ? Or am my better off with the heel clicker weights. I want my rev to be at least 8600 to 8700.

What do i have to grind off the weights for it to fit or are those the old weights of a few years back ?

Not sure about the setup question but you don't grind the weight for them to clear. What you would do is install the weights. When you have the clutch out and the weights in position the clutch to full shift and bring the weight tips up to the rollers and pay attention to the shoulder section. You will see that part of the moveable sheave wants to make contact with the shoulder of the weight. All you need to do is take enough material away from the clutch so that the shoulder of the weight will clear. Just do this with a file or dremel tool, or whatever else you have.
