Is there ANY way that I can cut my front radiator protectors out with taking my track/suspension out????
It looks like a tight fit..... ( I should of cut them out last week when I had the skid and track off :o| :o|)

If you use a long drill bit extension you might be able to drill out the upper rivets and then you just need to drill out the lower ones (not too hard).

They should com right out after that.

Good luck!!

just cut the bottom welds carefully, then stick a screwdriver in the hole through the middle of the protector them wiggle it side to side until the top welds break free. it will come off cleaner that way, its hard to cut the top welds decently.

if you're dumb like i am and used aluminum rivets just give it time and they will fall out on their own, lol ;):D

Thanks guys i got them out in about 15 min...The first one came right out when i grinded the bottom welds and the 2nd one was a tough basterd but i broke it free.

i have a 1.25 6 pitch track and when its loose it rubs...i want to have it as loose as possible so i dont loose anytop end.
