changed to an aftermarket head (peak) on my viper. the domes are all the same size... wondering if this is going to require staggered jetting on the pto (diff the than the other two). sled has slp pipes.

You shouldn't have to, but keep an eye on the plugs for a little while. You should also check your piston to head clearance as I found it to be a problem with mine. I ended up making new inserts with a better squish angle and it's going pretty good for me for now. I wouldn't want to see less than .050" with the way those chambers are machined, but maybe I'm just the exception. What CC chambers do you have?

No staggered jetting for pipes. You should be safe with about 135psi in each hole.
