02 Viper shocks on a 97 SX 700?

I have an original set of Viper shocks from my wifes sled, will they fit a 97 SX 700 V MAX?

yup, but you will need longer viper limiter straps, smaller transfer rod spacers, and a set of viper bulkhead bushings. you can get all these parts through maxximum performance.
 
Just put Viper springs and shocks on my 97 sx. Bolt right in and yes you need the Viper limiter straps and transfer rod bushings. I also located the front shock higher up on the bulkhead by removing the sx shock bracket. Sled drives great on the trails.Just looking to do something with the skis now.
