that would be cool- def. a lot more accurate than what your sled says. think maybe it's a little overpriced??

GPS receivers have too slow of a response time to be usefull in a land vehicle
Try bringing your handhelp GPS in your car and comparing the displayed speed to the speedometer and you will see it take a few seconds to catch up.

i think the quality of the equipment has alot to do with it. the high end marine equipment if fast. the only problem is that the tide movement screws with your're actual sog.
