setting up viper shocks on an sx

I just installed a new set of viper take offs on my sxr 600
I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a good starting point for setting these shocks...I also installed a set of quick rods

I am 155lbs and am an aggresive trail rider

should I just start half way and go from there??
