There is an ajoining lever that comes off the brake lever which activates the brake light switch. Check to see if that is jammed or something, or maybe your brake lever isnt returning back all the way.

I am having the same problem. Im just gonna leech off your thread and see what others say. I have already replaced the electronic switch assembly on mine and problem is still there. So I dont think it is the switch. And there does not seem to be any kind of adjustment. I am thinking some sort of spacer or washer above or below the brake switch lever on the handle bars. Is your brake lever stock or an aftermarket piece? Good luck!

stock lever, I'm gonna check it out now. It wouldn't have anything to do with the relay that was supposed to be replaced for the lights on startup? I haven't changed that relay yet.

OK I just metered the switch and it is in the closed position all the time, so I'm assuming I need a new switch. Sound right?
