Who has ice buildup on their transfer rods' gaps

I go through the trouble to dial in the right gap, only to find that ice builds up on one or both and they don't function to the right gap

I'm curious who else has seen this problem

yeah i some times have the same problem when there is real heavy snow, i just once in awhile break it up.

funny I just walked in from the garage thinking the same thing.... I got mine melting off right now so I can look at the adjustment thing...

Ride it harder and the ice should fall off. LOL. In reality when the sled transfers it should break that ice off.

well, I have a solution ;)!

i think I will mass produce and sell these. there are a lot of sleds with proaction suspensions out there.

will fit over adjustable rods too.

what do you think

I am calling them "Hot Rods"
patent pending by the way.........

It should, but it doesn't. I have had ice build up between/on the plastic washers and the rod flange.
