53/43 helix, grn spring, inch and quarter ripsaw, 21 tooth gear, rebuilt primary this year 8dn20 with 4.5 in inner and outer, tried wrapping secondary at 70 from 60 is backshifting now from 60 degrees but the rpms are slow coming up and a little low around 8200-8400. I weigh 230lbs. Should I remove some weight from the inner rivet or do I need a different primary spring??

Those rpm,s ain,t bad at all. For a little livelier throttle feeling & better backshift remove 1 gram from tip.
