Has anyone had any luck with porting a srx?

Is the srx still reliable if it is ported. I am able to get the high octane fuel.
Just am hesitant to port and blow up. If so who do you recommend for the project.

A good quality reliable trail port job is worth 6-8 hp & worth every penny if you get a reliable knowledgable guy.
 
madmax and simons cpr (both ty sponsors) max is in alberta canada, jeff simon is im wisconsin i believe. there is a new guy on here in mich named A Kennedy, i have spoken with him a few times via pm as i am interested in the same thing as you. more trail reliable hp for my 01 srx 700. do your home work and chose a engine builder. then hang on tight cause that srx is gonna pull your arms off. ski
