Does anyone have the color code for the 2004 YAMAHA SX Viper Mountain?
Also any suggestions on the best way to reinforce the stock hood straps as I just cracked the hood when I pushed it up after hitting a ditch, It cracked it on the 90 degree angle from the back side of the hood, that rolls around to the right (pipe) side. It Cracked it on the edge, but didn't break it off.
Thanks in advance...

I'll check on the color and get back,i usually play around with the blue so figuring out the red shouldn't be a problem but if don't call the dealer they will send you to a company called "color rite" and all it is enamel that doesn't cover very well i can find a way better alternative. the hoods repair very nice w/ T.P.O. repair system from 3M automix, and 3M adhesion promoter for plastics.let me know if you need additional info,i repair alot of plastic some of it is harder to work w/ than others.let me know if you need more info/directions I'll shoot ya a pm w/ my phone# then.my keyboard skills suck. the 3M stuff is usually at a carquest or napa .if they carry a good refinishing system like Dupont,PPG,Sherwin Williams,BASF. they should have a "spectrometer" or a skilled employee to match the color if your in a hurry. It also helps if ya know someone in a body shop Because the mark up on this stuff is huge at the retail level...
