I kind of feel bad for these guy my sx was that close to the same thing. I was breaking trail and the pipes over heated the hood foam and flames where coming out the vents!

man my buddys doo throws fricken flame out the pipe , youll be riding behind him at night and we will take off on a straight away and when he lets off , it shoots flames out the pipe ends , he so scared he wont ride the the right now until he finds out whats up .

probably just unburnt fuel igniting in the exhaust, very common, especially on the twins.

Sweet.. I am going to email those pictures to my riding buddy. I keep bugging him and telling him that he should get a set of spare pistons for his rev600X. I guess you can't get a set from doo this side of the canada.. ha-ha.
