Well, after waiting a month my sled is back together I like it when I can order parts from one place and it will all arrive at the same time, but that never happened . I ordered my rail extension from Tracks USA, it took about 3 weeks to get here, the tunnel extension from Hartman Inc.,that took about 1 week, and my local dealer deals with a company in Ontario for tracks, and they shipped me the right box but the wrong track was in that box so I had to send it back and wait for the right track to arrive, which seemed like forever. Anyways, all is good now and I'm very pleased now that its finished. What I done was changed my track from a 121" to a 136"x16"x1.75", 9 tooth drivers to 8 tooth drivers.
Here are a couple of pics that I took last night, then my batteries died. .

nice looking skid, they really are GREAT on trails. Smoother ride, more predicatability, and hardly any cornering loss. Why did you wait until winter was in full swing to do it?

Thanks. When I started to tear my sled apart there wasn't enough snow to ride, and it's only been maybe a week or so that we had some snow , just enough to go for a burn up/down the river, the trails are still pretty rough.

you need to strip the paint off the tunnel and polish it and the extension.
